This fee is for the evaluation, including psychological assessment, preparing the written report, and  30-minute consultation with your attorney  This fee is for each individual person evaluation.

Any additional consultation time over the included 30-minute consultation will be charged at a rate of $140 per hour. Any additional evaluation time over 3 hours will be charged at a rate of $140 per hour. 

If I am required to testify in court, whether via phone, video or in-person, there will be an additional flat rate charged for my testimony. This fee includes the time it will take me to prepare for the testimony. I may also charge for travel expenses (both mileage and time spent) required for testimony. If this is the case, we will discuss the amount prior to my travel. 

If I am required to meet with you in detention or at a facility other than my office, you will be charged mileage at a rate of 57.5 cents per mile. This is the current IRS mileage standard. Depending on the length of travel, you may also be charged an hourly rate for the time it takes me to travel to that location. If this is the case, we will discuss the amount prior to my travel.*additional travel fees for any travel more than 75 miles from Dallas, TX. 

We also offer translation in Spanish. The rate is charged per hour that the translator is used in the evaluation. The attorney can also provide their own translator.
