Meet Ileana

Hello, 

My name is Ileana Abreu, I am a Latina Therapist and Life Coach. I was born & raised in New York and moved to Texas in 2015. I received my Masters degree in Counseling & Development from Lamar University. 

My journey into the world of coaching and therapy was deeply influenced by my diverse upbringing and personal experiences. Growing up I was able to learn first hand from a variety of cultures and witnessed the different obstacles that each group faced. I too experienced many obstacles in different stages of my life being a first generation college graduate, transitioning into motherhood & entrepreneurship, breaking free from generational cycles and the challenges to maintain a healthy marriage and family. 

I am passionate about helping others overcome their own obstacles by helping them explore and understand some of the patterns they developed in childhood. I strive to help you break generational cycles, learn healthy coping skills, and develop a positive mindset to build confidence and resilience.
